You can order items at any time via your online customer account (coming soon), by email ([email protected]) or by fax (450-967-1219). Please note that our products are sold in boxes of 5, 10 or 30 items. Some products are also available in bulk. You can check the quantity per box and bulk availability of our products by consulting the specific page of the products you wish to order on our website, in our catalog (coming soon) or by contacting us by email or phone.

All orders received electronically via an online customer account (coming soon) or by email are confirmed by our receptionist within 1 to 2 business days of receipt. If you have not received confirmation within these deadlines, we invite you to contact us directly by phone (450-967-0893) to verify receipt of your order with our receptionist. For orders sent by fax (450-967-1912), a confirmation will be returned to you by fax at your request only. To receive an email confirmation, please include your email address on your faxed order form.

You may modify or cancel an order in part or in full within one business day of receipt of your order. To do this, please contact us as soon as possible by email ([email protected]) or by phone (450-967-0893). Please note that modifying your order could result in a delay in its delivery time or modify the expected delivery date which will have been previously communicated to you.

If we made an error while preparing your order, we will exchange or replace the missing items free of charge on your next order. Please contact us by email ([email protected]) or by phone (450-967-0893) as soon as possible following receipt of your order. To return or exchange a product that does not meet your needs or that was ordered in error, please contact us by email ([email protected]) or by phone (450-967-0893) as soon as possible following delivery of your order. A restocking fee of 30% of the total value before taxes of the returned merchandise applies.

For our Customers located in Quebec, Ontario and the Maritime provinces, our average delivery times are 2 to 10 business days. However, these lead times may be shorter or longer depending on the products ordered and their quantity, the flow of orders and the state of our inventory. Once we have confirmed the delivery date to you by email or phone, you or your designated carrier can pick up your order at any time, Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Your order can be picked up directly from our factory, located at 1220 Rue Michelin, Laval, Quebec, H7L 4R3.

Yes. We can also arrange transportation to ensure delivery of your order directly to your delivery address. Additional fees may apply.
